Novel Excerpts

February 3, 2011
I have a number of manuscripts I'm editing. Into the Unknown is my very first story, and I've been cringing at it recently. I need to do a serious edit before posting anything from it. It has lots of potential, but right now, I'm not ready to post anything.

There is another story I'm working on right now, inspired by William Hope Hodgson's Night Lands. Hodgson was admired by Clark Ashton Smith, H. P. Lovecraft, and C. S. Lewis. I will begin posting a few pages of my new story, hoping that you will find it interesting.

If you would like to read an FRPG adventure module I'm currently writing called Tunnels of the Serpent Men and the Shrine of Set, click the URL below:

Once I'm finished with the module, I will edit it, make it into a pdf, downloadable for a few dollars here on the Perilous Adventures site.

Welcome!

January 20, 2011
Eventually, I plan on posting some excerpts from a novel I've written called Into the Unknown.

The story is unashamedly Fast-Paced, Action-Adventure Fantasy . . . You know, the kind of Fantasy that is as out of style as horn-rimmed glasses? I don't care how "out" it is. Into the Unknown is a celebration of classic fantasy motifs: mythic worlds, brave heroes, monsters, underground realms, and dangerous quests. No urban fantasy. No paranormal romance. Just classic adventure fantasy. I hope you like it. The story is written; it just needs a good edit. I will post the first few chapters, and I hope to get some feedback. . .
